How are the sessions conducted?

  • The sessions are conducted 100% by the light therapy master. The client will choose a convenient time to start the session (preferably the same time every day).

  • The client will prepare a room where they will lie down, cover themselves with a blanket, use headphones (fully charged), and choose a comfortable, appropriate volume for the music.

  • You will choose the music selected for each session (you will receive instructions from your guide).

  • At the agreed time with the Master, the client will start the music. They will lie down and, knowing the process is happening now, will relax and release all expectations and any tension.

  • The client will let the music flow smoothly, carrying them through the dimensions and layers of their consciousness, fully surrendering to the process, completely relaxed, simply observing images, clear insights, and sensations in the body — when/if these arise.

  • The client may fall asleep — this does not interfere with the process because the energetic purification and activations performed do not involve the conscious mind level.

  • If the client falls asleep, the sleep may be deep or active with images, dreams, astral and dimensional journeys. If desired, the client can take notes of what they saw or felt.

  • In the chat, the Master will share insights, details, and messages if they arise after each session. Clients may share their states, sensations, and emotions in the chat—if they wish.
